Prime General Contractors LLC was invited to be a part of the construction team for the Trinity Care Center remodel and building addition.
The first phase construction included performing an interior remodel of the existing nursing home which dates back to 1965 and also adding on 3 building additions during this time which include a new front entrance vestibule/canopy, utility addition, and commercial kitchen addition. This work was completed while the building was occupied.
After Phase I was complete, Prime demolished an existing hospital that was over 40,000 sf. The existing concrete within the hospital was crushed on site and reused as base for the new pod addition.
“Overall there are 4 building additions totaling 36,540 SF, and an interior remodel of the existing facility totaling 13,672 SF.”
