Minneapolis, MN - Roitenberg Family Assisted Living is an assisted living facility located in Minneapolis. This premier care facility provides assisted living and memory care services.
Prime General Contractors was engaged to complete a refresh of the facility's 4th floor as well as exterior repairs. The project scope consisted of remodeling 4,000 SF of existing common areas and community kitchen space.
The remodel consisted of new exterior window and stucco replacement, flooring, walls, cabinetry and ceiling finishes along with new lighting installed throughout the interior spaces. The exterior wall had water infiltration that was investigated and repaired.
The restroom and bathing suite were updated with new tile floor and wainscot, plumbing fixtures, and cabinetry.
