IA Interior Architects Minneapolis Design Studio recently released these rendering images of the RF Moeller Jewelers store to be remodeled in St. Paul, Minnesota. The Prime General Contractors Team has constructed several RF Moeller projects. This opportunity will prove to be an ambitious interior remodel of the store featuring an oversized Rolex sales area and a warm, sophisticated finishings palette.
The store will receive all new finishes including new casework, flooring, higher ceilings, and lighting throughout. Also, the exterior façade of the building will be updated with new EIFS shapes, windows, and tile exterior.
Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS), also known as EWI (Exterior Wall Insulation Systems) or External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS) is a type of cladding system that provides exterior walls with an insulated finished surface and waterproofing in an integrated composite material system.
