Woodbury, MN - Petal + Stem Aesthetic & Longevity, a medspa concept, merges advanced regenerative aesthetics, precision-based injectables, and longevity science, creating natural results. The practice is led by Dr. Deepa Pai, a pioneer in ultrasound-guided aesthetics and regenerative medicine.

Prime General Contractors was engaged to buildout approximately 1600 square feet of tenant space for Petal+Stem's inaugural location. Retail buildouts can be complex, time-consuming, and expensive. However, with proper planning and simplification there are tried and true ways to save time and money.

The build out of space for Petal+Stem was a high-end medical spa featuring 5 treatment rooms, a consultation room, office space, a reception area, a nurse station, a staff break room, and a dispensary.

The premium space included tall sheetrock ceilings, Herringbone LVT flooring, unique wall coverings, and beautiful chandelier lighting.

Our team appreciated being involved with the mission of Petal+Stem. We represent a small part of their success but facilities are important. Medical facilities even more so. Prime's historical involvement with tenant build outs in retail spaces, combined with our medical industry expertise, made this project a good fit for our team.
