Patterson Dental Office & Warehouse Buildout

Patterson Dental engaged Prime General Contractors in January of 2022 to help assist them with their new buildout of their office and warehouse space in Eagan. The new buildout consists of a new showroom floor for their dental equipment, breakroom, offices, conference rooms, repair areas, and warehouse.

The existing sprinkler system was not sized to accommodate the new racking that was installed in the warehouse. A new sprinkler line feed was installed to meet the current NFPA codes.
