Prime General Contractors was contracted by the Jewish Community Center located in St. Paul, Minnesota, to replace a portion of the facility's water-mains. Wet tap's were performed in a public roadway. This project consisted of replacement of 300 of feet of 4” domestic water main pipe as well as 300 feet of 6” fire suppression water main pipe.
This project was completed during the 2023 fall season. Tie-in work was completed after hours so as to not interrupt water service during working hours. Of note, technical rock excavation and soil correction were required due to bedrock and poor soil conditions.
Companies turn to Prime General Contractors to coordinate significant underground infrastructure utility replacement. Prime does it right.
