Integrated Office/Warehouse Vacancy Renovation

Writer's picture: Derek ClarkinDerek Clarkin

Prime General Contractors was contracted by Link Logistics, to renovate 20,000 square feet of vacant office and warehouse space. The renovation included converting approximately 10,000 square feet of office space back to warehouse space. This turnback was due to current market trends.

Link Logistics connects businesses with the warehouse spaces they need. The company owns the largest portfolio of U.S.-only industrial real estate.

This project consisted of new ceiling tiles, new office lighting, improving all floor surfaces, walls, paint and remodeling the kitchen and break room space. An office was added adjacent to a new glass walled conference room.

The warehouse floor was reconditioned, walls painted and new high-bay motion detection lighting was installed throughout.

Companies rely on Prime General Contractors to prep warehouse and office spaces for re-lease. It's important the space is presentable so client's can envision their operations. Our team's experience shines with creative ideas, comfortable working relationships, and our value-driven approach. We make it happen!
