Prime General Contractors is pleased to commence work on this Trinity Healthcare facility project located in Farmington, Minnesota.
The project encompasses rebuilding 22,000 square feet of space and coupling the entire campus into one facility. The new addition will join Trinity Care Center (full service care), Trinity Terrace (assisted living) and Trinity Suites (memory care).

A ground breaking ceremony was held in conjunction with the City of Farmington on August 8th, 2024.
Demolition of the existing North and South wings will begin mid August, 2024.
Prime General Contractors is the General Contractor for the project and is coordinating the design-build MEP team. Prairie Design Studios of Fargo, North Dakota is the architect.
