Prime General Contractors was awarded the Computype project in March of 2022. The project consists of building out 20,000 SF of office space, restrooms and break rooms along with other multi-purpose rooms throughout the 70,000 SF warehouse and manufacturing space.
The project consists of 4 phases and is currently under construction in the first phase. The construction is being completed while the building is occupied.
