BOMI Group is an international group operating in the field of logistics and management of advanced technology healthcare products. In August of 2021 Prime General Contractors was engaged to work with BOMI on an extensive build out and retrofit of a former department store space.
BOMI leased a 40,000 SF space in Stillwater, MN. The objective was to transform the space into a state-of-the-art logistics center. Included were high pile racking systems, remodeling of office space and installation of a 3,500 SF cooler with 18’ of clearance. A back up generator was integrated in a newly built outdoor space.
Prime was contracted as the design-build contractor to remodel the space. The project is nearing completion.
