Prime General Contractors LLC was invited to be a part of the construction team for Floors 4 to 6 improvements at Knollwood Place Apartments, a Sholom property.
Knollwood Place offers 153 beautifully appointed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.
Floors 4-6 resident corridors received new finishes. This included flooring replacement, refinishing of wall surfaces and trim refinishing. Additionally, the popcorn ceiling finish was removed and redone with knock-down texture and painted. Existing light fixtures were replaced, new window treatments installed, and resident doors and handrails were refinished.
Prime General Contractors had previously completed the other floors in 2022.
On the main level all common spaces received new flooring, wall finishes and light fixtures. A multi-purpose pantry and staff break room was renovated with new cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures and appliances.
Located on the 17-acre Ackerberg Family Sholom West Campus in Saint Louis Park, Knollwood Place Apartments is a vibrant and welcoming older adult community.
