Brackett's Crossing has a storied history in the south metro. The club offers exceptional golf, tennis, pool, dining, family recreation and event facilities.
Prime General Contractors was engaged to remodel the club house main floor. This included the grand entry, restrooms, dining area, bar, and event spaces. In all, a 15,000 square foot renovation.
The project was closed-out, start-up was executed and commissioning completed. All punch list items were completed to the client's satisfaction and the project was completed on time and on budget in April of 2022.
